What Personal Data We Process
Contact form: name, e-mail address, (optional) phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.

Please do not include personal data that is not needed for your request in the message field — in particular special categories of personal data such as health data.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not use cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. Images and other resources are served from our own domain; pages do not load content from third parties. For that reason we do not show a cookie consent banner. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for your explicit consent where required.

How We Collect Data
Personal data is collected directly from you when you fill in a form on the site, e-mail us or call us; technical data is collected automatically by electronic means during your visit.
Who Receives Your Data
We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for advertising purposes. Data is disclosed only to the following recipient groups, limited to the purposes stated:
- Service providers acting as our data processors: website hosting, form infrastructure (Cloudflare), delivery of form messages by e-mail (Resend) and our corporate e-mail service. These providers' servers are located outside Turkey; data you submit through the forms is therefore transferred to servers abroad for the purpose of providing these services.
- Competent public authorities: where required by law.
If you prefer that your data does not pass through servers abroad, you can reach us by phone or by post instead.
Retention
- Requests and correspondence that do not result in a contractual relationship are kept for no more than 2 years after the request is closed.
- Where a contractual relationship is established, related correspondence is kept for the periods required by law (generally 10 years).
- Server access logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard retention period.
Data whose retention period has expired is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to us you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about the processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred; request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing. Where the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights it grants.
How to Apply
Send your request, with enough information for us to verify your identity, by e-mail to info@iwwomi.com or in writing to the address above. We will conclude your application as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge; if the operation entails a separate cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
If your application is rejected, the reply is insufficient or no reply is given in time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
