Mobile Apps

How do I download the mobile application?
Our mobile applications are available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Simply search for the app name or use the download links provided on the product page. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will send you the direct link.
The app crashes on launch — what should I do?
First, make sure your operating system is up to date (iOS 14+ or Android 8+). Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall. If it still crashes, contact our support team with your device model and OS version.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in to your account on multiple devices simultaneously. Your data is synced in real time across all devices.
How do I enable or disable push notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications inside the app to manage your preferences. You can also manage notifications from your device's system settings under the app permissions.
My QR payment is not working — what should I do?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Check that camera permissions are granted to the app. Clean your camera lens and make sure the QR code is well-lit and not damaged. If the problem continues, try restarting the app or contact support.

Web Applications

Which browsers are supported?
Our web applications support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
I cannot log in to the web platform — what should I do?
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password. If you still cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" option. For account lockouts, contact our support team directly.
How do I invite team members to my account?
Navigate to Settings → Team Management and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and select their role. They will receive an invitation email with instructions to join your workspace.
Is my data secure on your platform?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We comply with GDPR and conduct regular security audits. Your data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats from the Reports section. For bulk exports or custom formats, contact our support team.
What should I do if a feature is not working correctly?
Try refreshing the page first. If the issue persists, take a screenshot and note the steps to reproduce the problem. Then contact our support team with this information so we can investigate promptly.

Account & Billing

How do I update my account information?
Log in and go to Settings → Profile. You can update your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. Changes are saved automatically.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, contact our support team at support@iwwomi.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
I have a question about my subscription or invoice.
